Back to the shoes, you know the canvas plimsoll that made a HUGE comeback (I think if there was ever a comeback last year it was the plimsoll!)? Well it was those with a high wedge heel on them, kinda like those Dries Van Noten ones seen on Victoria Beckham.

I should have asked her where she got them but alas, I never and now it haunts me! I've been trying ever since to find something similar but have only found things that I wouldn't be seen dead in (no offence to others that like them, just my personal tastes!). Keds got my hopes up when I read that they were making a pair - again certainly not what I was looking for at all! Not even going to bother by putting up a pic of those, it'll just upset me. To go off track for a minute, I don't think I'm any good at searching for things on stuff like Google and eBay. I get discouraged after trying a couple of things in order to find what I want and I give up annoyed.
Anywho, my love for the sneaker-stroke-shoe has continued to develop. Both my sis & I wanted a pair from KG that were in the Christmas sale...they've well and truly gone. But I was in Nine West in January and saw a very similar pair to the KG ones. I like these as they are slightly more feminine and less bulky than the KG ones. They're selling for £65.00. On the site they only show the yellow ones although I remember there being at least 2 other colour options in store. And then one day while at work, I was doing some shoe research for the boss when I came across these...

...I don't have the words to describe how badly I want these. Pierre Hardy has combined successfully everything I could have imagined the sneaker-stroke-shoe to be. This for me is the epitome of this genre of shoe. In a word they're BAD!
